recommendsAlex is a delightfully gentle yet thorough teacher. She has great expertise and so can describe and explain the... technical nuances of each group of letters and how each letter within a group relates to the others. It is this level of finesse in Alex’s teaching that has enabled my copperplate to really progress and for me to finally produce decent pointed pen decorations.
Alex is very committed to enabling her students make progress and can spot what needs tweaking in a students work to bring that about.
The zoom lessons are very enjoyable and, like Alex, the other students have been friendly and approachable.
I have signed up for the copperplate Majuscule lessons and I’m no doubt I’ll be attending other courses as and when Alex offers them.read more
